"Staff is so patient and knowledgeable about what foreign guests should experience during their stay. I slept in one day and there were fresh towels and water left at my door without me asking. The bathroom is really the star of the show. Although Japanese hotel rooms are traditionally small, the bathroom is huge and modern. It provides a luxury feel. Great membership/rewards program. Flexible accommodation to hold luggage after checking out. Looking forward to visiting again! "

"Our room was good sized, especially since rooms in Japan are typically much smaller than the United States. The hotel had a floor with washer/drying machines and a microwave. We had an excellent view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building which has light projections at night. The hotel had a 711, restaurants, shops and some art displays to enjoy. The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, which was a perk when booking our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and stay at again."
