1st night stay
Brief night's stay before Kyoto trip. Lovely modern hotel in Ginza area close to shops and restaurants and to Shimbashi metro station. Room was tiny but ok as only stayed the 1 night. Had drink in the small hotel bar with live jazz on some nights but wine was overly expensive, vibe so-so and full of smokers so disappointed at that! Despite that, overall ok hotel.

A Little More Flexibility Please
Room was small but modern, clean and in a great location. Only disappointment was the fact that they charged me £80 for a late check out (to 6pm) after I had been there for a week and spent a lot of money there. Could have been a bit more flexible. They are too rigid sometimes. I will consider staying elsewhere next time.

Tokyo relaxing trip.
Went to Tokyo for rest, food and shopping. The hotel was excellent, food at the hotel and nearby restaurants were great and shopping places are all nearby. The hotel and trip was delightful.

Had an enjoyable but short stay. Great hotel. Location good but about a 10 minute walk to the subway lines. My only complaint is the air-conditioning unit. Seems a bit weak. Had it at the lowest setting and high fan but still not cold enough on this hot weather.

Beautiful Hotel
View from lobby, room and bath, looking out over Tokyo, was the best part. The "chair" in the room was rather uncomfortable but bed was good. The restaurant was excellent. Hotel was not as close to rail station as I thought it would be.
