Phenomenal hotel!!

Our stay was fantastic. This is the nicest Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. It all started with Terry who checked us in at the front desk. She took additional time in helping me to resolve my IHG points. She went above and beyond! She let us know we were in the best room, had an overlook of the pool and told us about the happy hour. She just really set the tone for a terrific stay!!!

This hotel is very convenient to both downtown Naples (about 10 minutes away) and the road going out to the National Parks in the Everglades (we went to both). A good value for the money, and fairly easy to acess.

There was an error in our booking on Expedia’s part, and the type of room we had reserved was unavailable. The manager upgraded us to a suite at the same rate. That’s customer service! My only complaint is that the spa by the people was open but not actually working, a condition blamed on the hurricanes that had come through months earlier.
