I Googled for SpringHill Suites Times Square, and it brought up the 36th street location. My son and I walked 10 extra blocks, tried to check in and was told by Reception that we were meant to check in at the 46 street location. Had to walk all the way back in the rain.

This is a relatively new hotel. Great location with excellent access to public transportation. Staff was kind but not knowledgeable about public transportation. We wanted to stay near Broadway, and this spot was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, great restaurants nearby, and all of the big theaters were practically outside our door. The staff was wonderful,and the breakfast each morning was great. It was a nice and quiet reprieve in between our daily adventures.
