Great location, service and quality
Comfortable, and well-situated for a trip to Bristol city. Just across the road from Cabot Circus centre for shopping, dining and with great transport links its a must for anyone travelling around without a car. Lovely staff who were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Easy parking
Always try and pick hotel when visiting Bristol as parking is easy. You park in Cabot Circus and then hotel is a few yards away from the lift/Stairs exit. Parking is usually included as part of an overnight stay

Dirty,rundown and really is a 2* at best awful
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times a year since the year it opened. Never have I left a bad review or complained this time was awful. My husband’s words were “ you wouldn’t rent this room by the hour” it was dirty, the upkeep was nil the carpet was absolutely disgusting, the tiles in the bathroom toilet were cracked and moved. The door wouldn’t shut properly, there was no coffee in the supposed coffee pot, it smelled in the room and out the hall it was worst stay we ever had so disappointed after all these years.

Far from a good rating.
I could feel the springs in the bed. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom and there was such a pungent smell in the room I struggled to sleep. Not a good experience. The bed and smell was reported to the front desk who had no spare rooms.
