The staff are nice and friendly but the facilities is very very basic. It is truly just a place to sleep. There was cobweb in our room. The bed frame had water damage ( we hope it's water). The breakfast was fresh. It is situated not far from Aston villa stadium so worth it for a bed for the night. There is absolutely no luxury to this space.

Convenient stay for Villa home game. Lovely friendly staff easy check in and check out. Very thin walls and loud slamming doors but we knew it’d be busy with a Saturday night Villa game so we weren’t too bothered by it!

Great for the price

Everything was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The food and drinks were definitely a bonus if you don't want to go far. The doors and walls are a little thin so you could hear other guests and housekeeping moving about at all hours of the day and night. Conveniently located close to the train station.
