The hotel is easy to find on the edge of the marine lake. The reception staff were friendly and kind enough to upgrade us to a superior room. The hotel was clean and smart, the room was comfortable with choice of tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet and with excellent blackout curtains. Literally nothing to dislike about our stay.

One night (Tuesday) stay after a theatre visit. Haven’t stayed at the hotel since the Ramada days and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Obviously had been referred since we last stayed and very impressed with it room very clean, nice sized bathroom (although a little high getting in bath for a shower ok for me as I’m 6-2 but a little struggle for her who is 5-4). Bed super comfy lovely nights sleep. Nice selection of tea coffee etc. no fridge in room which was not an issue for 1 night. Staff pleasant and helpful. Didn’t eat at hotel so cannot comment. Overall Excellent 5 ⭐️ 👍

Doesnt look anything special from the street but once your in..... WOW. STUNNING rooms and the staff so pleasant and helpful. The bedrooms are as youd expect but the bed was enorous,, the bathroom was a beautiful wet room with exquistly decorated.
