I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located just a few steps away from public transportation which means I was able to go everywhere in about 15 to 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again if I ever go back to Madrid.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to estadio bernabéu so my daughter and I could walk to the Taylor Swift concert and not worry about taxi’s etc. We had a suite which was very large and lovely with a huge terrace. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not very stylish or modern but it is certainly very clean and typical Spanish. If we were not going to the stadium this would not be my first choice of locations in Madrid, but that being said there is a metro station just a 1 minute walk away and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood. This was a perfect stay for the occasion and the hotel staff couldnt have been better.
