Great central hotel
Very central hotel, on the Gran Via but with shutters and effective glazing plus two types of curtains was very quiet. All areas were exceptionally clean, I would stay there again. Aircon very effective. All the staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Having the outside terraces at the top of the building was a bonus. My only criticism is I would have liked larger croissants etc for breakfast, not keen on the mini pastries. Location was superb, lots of little bars, tapas bars and restaurants tucked away. I walked everywhere.

Corner room is like a cave!
The hotel was clean and charming. My big issue is that I was put in a corner room with minimal sunlight. I was there only one night but if I was there longer I would have needed a new room. It sort of felt like a cave.
