The hotel was beautiful but we had problems with customer service. The guest was in the hospital at the beginning of the reservation, and, despite communicating with the hotel and trying to check the guest in virtually so she could attend once she was better, the hotel cancelled the reservation and charged another €655, on top of the €700 we had paid prior - for a 2-night stay.
