It was nice, but really small and almost in the attic :) we had our teenage son with us and he had to sleep on the sofa smaller than him

8/10 Very good

The bed was very nice, but the shower was low pressure, not very hot & kept on turning itself off 👎

Central Cambridge location
Very central location, overlooking Parker’s Piece in Cambridge. Nearby parking in the multi storey was convenient and cheap. Room was clean and the ensuite was a ‘must have’ for us.
Gail, 1-night trip

The property was well located and the room was well lit.

A wonderful stay
A wonderful stay Dave could not have been more helpful. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the breakfast is amazing.
Louise, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Really nice big room with lovely bathroom. Staff were helpful when I lost my phone and were very responsive.
janine, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

An excellent basic hotel in typical British tradition. Small comfortable rooms with well-designed, well-equipped shared bathrooms. Nice modern shower arrangements kept immaculately clean. Regency Guest House now operates without reception: room keys are ready to grab as you enter. My single room was warm, tastefully furnished, and cozy with a big beautiful tree out the window and a park beyond. The walls are thin, and there's a pub next door that may be busy and loud (including in the wee hours when a night's bottles get recycled). Ear-cancelling headphones or earplugs recommended. But other than that, the location is extremely convenient, halfway between the train station and central Cambridge, and the hotel was a delight.
Frank, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location, close to train stations and easy access to the restaurant. Nice room.
Perry, 1-night trip

It was a nice and simple check in and out . Even though they're was no parking at the guest house they did give you some easy to follow directions to the nearest street with free parking after 5pm
David, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely stay - the apartment was fully kitted out with everything we needed. Nicely decorated and furnished too. Quiet overnight and lovely view of park.
jane, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was much cheaper than the other options available so we didn't expect anything-- but it was worth the money and exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect and it was quite cosy and we had a lovey time.
Kyoko, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Self check in, good room, bar next door plays loud music between 8-12pm Thurs to Sat, I stayed on a Thursday and it it closed about 10pm due to lack of trade. If your there in a room at the back of the property then expect loud until midnight Fri and Sat.
Crispin, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

No breakfast, thin walls so conversations in other rooms could be heard late into the night. overpriced at £120 per night for shared bathroom and no food or drink
Rosie, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good location and good facilities
The apartment (room 14) was compact with a bedroom, kitchen/diner and shower room. It was situated with pleasant views of Parker's Piece and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, although my eldest found the futon a little hard. There was a problem with the hot water during our stay but this was promptly resolved when we brought it to their attention. The apartment is a short walk to the centre of Cambridge and we had a very enjoyable stay.
