Disappointing
This hotel is in a great location for theatre, but it was disappointing. The room was not clean (blood on the sheets) and the staff were not friendly or knowledgeable. The restaurant is awful with poor service. It is way overpriced and its rating seems very inflated.

Service is very slow and messy
They took some time to locate our stored luggage on the day of the check in and then make up excuses. Check in and check out are very slow. The sheets were a bit dirty. The rest was fine.

Lovely Hotel, Great Location!!
Lovely hotel, so close to Victoria station for the underground round or buses.
Just a few minutes walk down the road if you are watching Hamilton
Room was amazing, bed and pillows were comfortable and bathroom was also great.
Complimentary bar in room was a lovely surprise.
Didn’t have time to try the bar or restaurant due to running out of time.
Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and lots of staff to clear the tables and help where needed. Will return next time I’m in London. Thank you!! Merry Christmas!!
