The hotel itself is hip and fun. We loved the lobby bar, Silver Lining bar, and the rooftop bar. However, our room was cramped, small and flat out weird. I’ve stayed in NYC multiple times so I know rooms in general will be small. However this room was literally a box. The lights worked for the entire room with one switch. go to bathroom in the night and you’d wake up others if you want to turn the light on. No space to put anything. 2 hangers. A sloped tiny desk top that wouldn’t hold much as it would likely slide off. If you are going with more than one person, do not stay here. We had 3 girls in our room and we had no space for two of our suitcases. See pic. Also the elevators are bizarre; you choose your floor before getting on, no buttons inside. The hotel was clean & in an excellent location. But bc of the weird tiny unpractical room I would NOT choose this hotel again.
