The stay was mostly very pleasant. The room had a great view, the interior design of the whole hotel was very nice. The bed was really comfy and the shower was perfect. The less positive aspects were the noise from the rooftop bar. On some nights, very loud music would still be playing past 2AM. We were on floor 13 and unable to sleep. The resort fee system, (being charged 35 dollars a day for things we didn't really use), was probably in the small print when I booked but I still felt a bit stung by it. For us this essentially ended up being paying over £120 for a few croissants at breakfast which just wasn't great value. Generally most of the staff were nice and helpful, but some weren't as much. It's probably our fault (being more used to staying in Air bnbs) but I wished things about the hotel could've been more clearly explained when checking in, especially after long, early flight with jetlag etc. The initial interactions left us a bit confused about basic things like using the lift, connecting to WiFi, how various services worked. Despite these things it was still a nice stay. The only thing I'd add to try and help someone is for finding a place to eat, the area to the west of the hotel generally felt nicer/safer than the streets to the east.
