The ridge hotel is well located: 2 blocks from whole foods, and coffee shops, and the F line is a half block away. Easy to pop in and out. Bottled water is provided. Staff is friendly.

Stay was great had a bit of trouble actually getting into our hotel room but their on phone customer service was able to help us fix the error.. was right in the middle of the lower east side walking distance to Katz Deli and to a bunch of restaurants and bars will definitely book again

we loved our stay!! we stayed in December 2024 and there was staff present during the day. the basement lounge had extra towels, soap, toilet paper, and a filtered water dispenser. the property was quiet, there were multiple dining options within a couple blocks, a close metro station, and it was warm enough to use the roof top patio! the room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe throughout our stay!
