Free parking is advertised. The hotel has 2 parking spaces that are free. Free parking on the street at night but not during the day. 10 EUR for parking in the cellar. Ok hotel for one night if you are traveling.

Very good except for no computer
Hotel was very reasonably priced for Hamburg, staff was very helpful and friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable, and public transportation (bus) was nearby. The only drawback was that I write a travel column and only reserve hotels with computers. The U.S. hotels.com website stated the hotel had one and they did not. I was fortunate to find an internet shop down the block but they need to remove that information from the website.

Property was overpriced for the quality and location. I did not like the internet being limited.

Very expensive for the comfort provided
I chose this especially for the free parking and was advised to park on the street. If you want to park in their garage it's ten more euros per night. They should say free parking on the street and not within our premises when you book.
Rooms are small and the elevator can barely fit your luggage not to mention if you want to ride with your luggage lol. We overpaid a lot by choosing this hotel because we had a rental car. Breakfast is ok and included with the price so I guess that's the only plus that I can say about this hotel. Will probably never stay here again.

Very inflexible!
Checked in late due to a flat tire and asked to have a later checkout time and was not given any flexibility nor were they very helpful with regards to parking.

Not a bad hotel
Hotel location is OK, not in the nicest part of Hamburg though but only 15 minutes on the number 3 bus to the Rathaus and shops. Neighbourhood seems a bit dodgy at night though. Our room was OK, bit dated but clean and tidy. Be aware that they charge €10 deposit for safe case key and €3 per day; why? It's in the room so let people use it for free, same goes for the bottled water at €2. Breakfast was actually really nice and good quality produce. Probably wouldn't stay again, but only because we'd stay in another part of Hamburg.

Excellent access to city centre
A splendid pied-à-terre from which to explore this fine city, I was able to explore and return to "base" without any trouble - thanks to the hotel management's sound advices and the patience of the local bus drivers.
I'd certainly wouldn't hesitate in returning to this hotel, though would ask for a larger room as a single traveller. Hopefully the lift will soon be repaired, though walking off some calories is no bad thing!
Evening and lunch meals are not provided, but breakfast is generous with a variety of quality foods which kept me going past lunch-time. The coffee was particularly good: real, complemented with the correct milk (unlike many places in the UK which serve watered-down milk... I think it's called "skimmed"!).

Lovely hotel.
Very cute and clean hotel. Just what you need for a budget weekend away. Very good price and the staff were really helpful and kind. No need to take taxis to go in and out of town centre, just take bus M3 and you will be there in 10 mins.

Could be good but noise makes sleep very difficult
We had a small double room on the 1st floor facing the street in early June. The beds were very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, the breakfast was good, we easily found free parking on the street. But, the hotel and our room was uncomfortably hot even though the heating was off. It was so hot it was difficult to sleep. If we opened the windows at night for cool air, the noise from traffic and people talking loudly and yelling in the street directly below the hotel windows kept us awake until the early hours of the morning. We stayed 6 nights and it was the same every night. Our room was next to the lift so we also had the noise of the lift making sleep even more difficult. There is no airconditioning.

Clean and tidy, not far from the city center
I visited Hamburg for sightseeing and stayed in that hotel for one night. Although the location is not in the city center, it is quite easy to get there by just taking 15 mins bus. As a tourist, it is a reasonable choose considering of convenience and price. Room is clean and comfortable. Price is just 53 Euro for a single room and include a not bad breakfast.
One problem for this hotel is the slow Internet speed. Actually it is unable to view streaming video and even make a skype call in there.

Good Enough for one night
It was very nice to have internet and breakfast in the morning. The breakfast could be improved with some hot items added to the meat and cheese selection. Although it had access to the bus stop, it is not really located close to the center of town or the sights. Great for one night stay.
