We booked a double room with ocean view and we’re put into a single room with no view. When we asked for the correct room, we were put into an uncleaned room at the end of the property line. After dragging our things back across we were finally put into the correct room. The room was not cleaned after our first night but once we got Elaine as our housekeeper, she was amazing. The TV didn’t work and was never fixed. A few families along with my group were added to a waiting list to eat at the steakhouse and after over 2.5 hours were still not seated as others that came after us were continuously sat. When we approached the supervisor Marcello and Rohan they only repeated they were following the list but were not. They refused to clean additional tables to help waiting guests. There are several hours during the day and night without access to food. Overall the property looks nice but needs better management. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
