This hotel had some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk was so accommodating when I had to have some medication delivered and everyone was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable, the location was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

This was a remarkably nice hotel! I wasn't sure what to expect at that price point in NYC (I had to be there for a morning event so just stayed overnight). The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was a little softer than I'd like but overall I'm very glad I chose this hotel.

Nice stay with stunning view
Nice, even bigger room than expected, on 17th floor with beautiful view both to Empire State Building and Chrystler Building. Room was contemporary and clean. Only the shower handle was a bit broken also sometimes water temperature difficult to stabilize. Room cleaning was on request but fulfilled with no issues. In the morning, you can buy food for breakfast downstairs.

Straight up review.
Stayed 2 nights for business at NYU hospitals. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. Bedding smelled nice and was clean. Great shower, but upon arrival toiled was clogged, which they fixed b4 I returned at night. King bed room a little small but not a problem at all. Excellent location right by Koreatown so lots of delicious places to eat. No lounge, bar and I left at 6 am so no signs of breakfast. Nice staff. I’m easy to please.
