Absurd airline , we had two bags we originally had to pay for one only because the wheels supposedly didn’t fit in the sizer when we got into the plane the bags fit perfectly in the cabin , coming back we then had to pay for both bags supposedly again because they didn’t fit , my question how did one bag pass the first time and now it doesn’t not fit if it’s the same thing from the first time? and it fits perfectly in the cabin once put in , if we had to pay for bags you would think they would go in the bottom of the plane because they are so big , but instead we are able to put them on top of the cabin because again it fits perfectly , please make this make sense , just so they can get money from people with the excuses that luggage’s don’t fit knowing their is nothing the customer could do in the moment of having to board.
