We were greated by friendly staff. Check in was smooth. The hotel over all was clean. The beds were comfortable. Bar was onot open for limited hours for food. The front desk people also are the bartenders/waitresses. Patients in needed. The food was good, drinks we on the higher end for prices. Pool was clean, but cold.

We did a quick one night since we take a cruise the next day. The hotel is clean and comfortable and everyone here is very nice. The bar tender was extremly friendly as well. Overall a great experience.

Don't stay here
Don't stay here. We used to stay at this hotel all the time when it was the Hotel Urbano before Hilton bought it and "renovated" it. Now it is the worst (not one of the worst, the actual worst) hotel we have ever stayed in. There is no room service unless requested, but they don't tell you that at check-in. It's on a tiny sticker on the bathroom mirror, which we didn't read when we checked in late at night. We found out when we came back to our room after a day out. When we asked to have it cleaned then, we were told all the housekeeping staff had already left for the day. There is no night staff except the manager and a few other employees. When Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30am we asked them to come back in an hour. They then asked us to go get coffee or breakfast so they could clean our room right then. Sticky stain on the desk that would not come off and had to be covered so it didn't get on our stuff. Glob of dried toothpaste on the bathroom wall. Stained sheets on the bed. When we asked them to change them we were handed another set and told to do it ourselves since housekeeping had gone home. The new set had stains as well. They ran out of toiletries on the first day of our visit. The only storage in the room was one small drawer and a tiny closet. Broken fixtures in the rooms. All the safes had been taken out of the rooms during the renovations. There are 6 safes on the floor of the manager's office. First come, first served, so you may have to
