This hotel's location can't be beat if you are in NYC for theater. The neighborhood has tons of restaurants of all types & price ranges, access to markets, drug stores, and public transportation to JFK. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are large by New York standards, and the staff are great.

I have stayed there for business twice. I like that it has a spacious lobby and rooms are a good size as well in comparison with the new tiny hotels. The location is great too, near to Central Park and Times Square. They had and issue with one of the elevators this one last time, however they allowed to use the service elevator and that helped. I will stay there again.

We really liked this hotel! The staff was polite and really friendly. It's pretty artsy and interesting - nothing cookie cutter here. I think the only complaint we had was the AC in the room not cooling below 70°, but we may have been the only ones in the hotel trying to get it cooler than that in March, haha. Highly recommend.
