Recently built private apartment. All interiors are brand new and highly upgraded, Queen Bed with upgraded Mattress. Gorgeous tile in the bath. Custom built cabinets. All new furniture and electronics. Additional Sofa bed with comfy fold out mattress in addition to the queen bed. 2 private entrances. Tom is a realtor and works from home so close by if you need anything during your stay. Also I can pride you with all kinds of local intel.

A Superb Mom and Daughter Weekend
I stayed at this beautiful property with my daughter for a weekend of reading, movies and memories. The property is quiet, warm and wonderful. Everything feels brand new and there are so many amenities - blankets galore, a stocked kitchenette, movies and more. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome!

Perfect Spot!
This spot was in the perfect location, close to enough to do but still felt like you were hidden away! Plus it’s well decorated and stays nice and warm! Tom is great and did above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

Quiet and Cozy
My sister and I stayed here for two evenings. The property is beautiful and the apartment was equipped with everything we could have ever needed. Tom the owner was so generous and easy to communicate with. He brought us over some delicious homemade clam chowder and garlic bread our first night. We felt right at home during our stay. If you are looking for a nice, quiet and safe place to get away you will not be disappointed. I plan on coming back next summer with my husband and daughter.Thanks again Tom!

Quaint, clean and quiet!
We spent 4 days in this beautiful location! It was clean, comfortable and quiet! It was such a great location, close enough to everything but secluded and peaceful. It was great to stay somewhere that the owner cares for the guests. Plenty of extras. The simple things that make the difference, extra towels, extra pillows, extra soft blankets, extra garbage bags and ziplocks. It sounds weird, but those “extra” things make the difference between a hotel and a great VRBO! Thanks!

This is a beautiful property. My husband and I were really impressed and really enjoyed our stay.
Tom the owner was so helpful and kind. Apon arrival the heat was on and the ace was warm and snacks were available for the two hungry teenagers that we had with us. The rental was extremely clean and well kept with all amenities that you could possibly need. We will definitely be staying again.
