Comfortable
Our stay was ok. Was comforatable. We arrived and opened a drawer with the bible it and it had water with cleaning solution in it that had been spilled. Front desk gave us towels to clean it. Their was spilled soda or something behind the nightstand when we moved it to use the plug-in. They had to move the people above us because their child was rolling the chair across the floor and running from 11pm to 1 am. Showers were nice and the next day the grandkids loved using the pool. Also they had a good choice in breakfast.

Rooms looked like they were falling apart, at least on our upper floor wing. We had a huge crack in the corner of our room( floor to ceiling) and could hear our neighbors through it as if they were sitting in our room with us ( it felt really awkward, as if we were roommates with strangers) it took away a sense of privacy. Also, I travel a lot for work and in the last two years havnt stayed anywhere where the staff enters your room during the day ( I feel that went away with Covid) however each day our towels were taken away- along with our bathroom floor mat( which wasn’t replaced) for Eco-friendly reasons I’m fine with using my towels more than once and definitely my floor mat multiple times. There wasn’t one of the “ service request/ privacy please”door hangers anywhere in my room so there was no way for me to know they we’re going to come in or for me to request that they not. Just all seemed a bit odd.

It was a nice large room very comfortable there was a couple of issues but it is the same at a lot of hotels they never defrost the refrigerators they don't clean the filters in the air conditioning. During my stay there I defrosted the refrigerator so I could use it and I cleaned the filters so there was good air flow and good breathing. Hotels need to pay more attention to this their electric bills would be a lot less which would help with green energy if there is such a thing.

The staff was very accommodating and switched us to a handicap accessible room when we found out our grandmother would be staying one of the nights with us. They also supplied extra blankets for my always cold butt so the others in the room didn't die of heat to keep me warm at night.
