Solid 4 star property, certainly not a true 5 star hotel. Room was not ready until 4pm, as I was only staying one night this was frustrating as I wanted to unpack and settle. +: Bed was comfortable, pillows nice -: Bathroom was really compact; Doina on the king size bed was only a double doona; street noise - I used to live in Marylebone and love this area but was surprised how the noise travelled from passers by on the street despite the double glazing; it was raining heavily as I went for a walk on Sunday morning, the hotel only had a handful of umbrellas despite the number of rooms, not ideal for this level of property.

Right from check-in you are treated with the utmost care. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept very clean and have all the necessary amenities for its guests.
