Hotel feels a little dated in parts. Paint peeling and walls have damp in some areas. We had breakfast and it was great every day. However the only evening meal we had was not so good. £180 for three small mains and desserts and mostly soft drinks is steep but if the food was great we wouldn't have minded however the ribeye was inedible, we sent it back still not great on return

Fantastic hotel. Its the second time that we have been there. The room was very clean and the breakfast great with lots of things warm and cold dishes. The view from our room was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Receptionist with check in was very professional. The Concierge team help me in any question I had. For shops, transportation , good pubs etc. Outside from the hotel there are many buses going almost everywhere in the city. Also metro stop is only 200m away. Hilton also has a very cozy bar-restaurant with variety of things , very tasty and very reasonable prices. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants an unforgettable stay in London!!
