The desk team were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. However twice when returning after a days work i found that the rooms had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Very poor service from the Housekeeping team.

Rooms are old and tired, not overly clean - stains on the sofa. Expensive for what you get, breakfast is average and expensive, and there are usually queues. Location is ok, but parking is also very expensive per day.

Close to hammersmith train station.
We got the room where we didn’t have the proper cooling so we asked for a portable room fan which helped us sleep but very noisy. Only good thing about the hotel is it’s very close to the Hammersmith train station(10 min walk)
