Very convenient in the middle of DTLA. Close to staples center, lots to eat. Hotel was an old school feel loft style with a cool view of the city. Only thing they could do is have higher and better beds.

SO bad.
Not only was it in a BAD area, but the place itself was run down and looked BAD. The pictures of course made it look ten times better and we expected that only to be disappointed. We didn't expect to be in an extended stay, rental property where there was bums around and people coming in and out of the place smelling like marijuana. The hallway leading up to our room smelled like it literally every single time. Staying somewhere less than mediocre is one thing but feeling unsafe is a completely different story. This is my second time doing a bad review on an LA property and for the life of me, I just can’t understand why this website would take on these properties.

Moz Angeles weekend
Moz was playing at the united theater. Which is literally right next door to the hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. Beds were a little too low for my liking. No onsite parking but plenty of parking near. We paid $45 for 24 hours. I would DEFINITELY stay here again 🤘

Check-in was virtual so it was cool not having to wait in line for a room key. All entries required a unique code. Room myself was clean and cozy, although felt older. Will stay again next time I see a show at the United Artist Theater.
