Cozy stay near Carigorns
Great breakfast and continental spread! Room was cozy and very comfortable. Ate at the pub on the corner at night. Theee restaurants in this small town to choose from but a great base to get to whiskey distilleries and the Carigorn Mountains. We stayed in September and the stores close early (3ish) and restaurants close around (8ish)

Amazing Guest House
Dianne and Stephen were wonderful hosts. You are welcomed warmly and feel like a member of the family as soon as you walk in the door. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the whole guest house was impeccably clean. The breakfast choices are many and the food is 5 star. I had the Eggs Benedict and some of Stephens famous Scottish Oatmeal. I was sad to leave and will be back for sure. ❤️

We loved this manor! Our only regret was not staying longer but we will be back. The hosts were amazing, our room was spacious and well appointed, and there is so much to explore in this area. We truly couldn't have been happier with the Argyle. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We stayed at this property after attending the Braemar Gathering. The property was easy to find and there were a few good dining options within walking distance. Diana was an excellent hostess and provided a hardy breakfast in the morning.

Lovely stay and Homemade bread for breakfast!
Loved Tomintoul. Such a nice place to stay. We were delayed on our flight and were running late, but Diane was super acomodating. Probably our best stay of the 7 day trip. We loved exploring the town and wish we had more time there. Homemade bread was delicious in the morning!
