Hidden Gem with excellent staff

Lovely hotel, hidden gem in many ways. facilities are all excellent (even the lift has a quirky charm!). Rooms spacious and comfortable, bar and restaurant convivial and inviting, range of food and drinks very good but the standout is the staff. Every single person is friendly and approachable. Regularly going beyond to ensure my room was ok, food/drink good and chatting to me during quieter periods. Very impressed and I will be returning. Thank you.
