The hotel staff were lovely from start to finish. Pool area was lovely and clean and not too busy. Food at dinner and breakfast was outstanding. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Somewhat disappointed for a 4 star hotel Check in and staff were excellent but that was about all I booked a king room and got a twin Mould on shower tray Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling Peeling paint on window sill Bathroom floor was dirty in the corners Buffet breakfast was okay but cold I had a steak one evening and for sirloin it was tough and fatty and not cheap Beer is expensive don’t expect pub prices Overall it was disappointing probably won’t stay again

Weekend Away
Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful on arrival and for my friend’s birthday dinner. However a male member of Spa staff was surly and unhelpful. There were no staff at breakfast. The room was large and comfortable. The spa, however, is shabby, unhygienic with broken tiles and the pool needs a major overhaul. While dinner was excellent, breakfast was poor - lack of choice for vegan and an ineffective coffee machine.
