Nice clean room. View of both road bridges from our window. Room was made up next day without having to request it. The restaurant menu had a good selection & the views were amazing. The bed and pillows as always really good. However the seal was damaged at window and as it was windy the curtains were blowing and the room was cold. We were ok once we turned up the heating. Also the ironing board cover was old and damaged so it wouldn't stay on iron. That said I did appreciate actually having an iron. As always the breakfast was lovely. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent customer service, immaculate room, good to have an ironing board and iron. Comfortable bed, would have liked a toilet brush in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, wide selection but expensive at almost £20 per head.
