Highly Recommend!
Great location, friendly people, clean rooms and a hip lobby with a bar. A very great price too! The rooms are smaller than big brand hotels, so keep that in mind. Overall, I highly recommend to any young person or couple visiting Boston. I will definitely be doing the same for my friends and for the next time I am in town.

Very modern hotel located 20 minutes walking from everywhere… service was great except guy working at bar. Trying to pay for a soda was impossible as he only helped or acknowledged guests buying alcohol. Overall a very nice place to stay

My stay at CitizenM Back Bay was great, when I booked the hotel I was looking forward to relax, comfort and enjoyable. I experienced exactly that and way more, The staff are very friendly but everything is pretty much self service. Parking is difficult, but not hard to find around. Overall it was an awesome stay and I will be returning :)

Great new hotel in Boston
Had a great short stay in December at Citizen M. Inviting lobby area with just right bar/cafe offerings. Room had fun, modern design and was super clean. I had the breakfast one morning and was really impressed with the offerings. Way better than your standard hotel breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!
