Very nice hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient location to visit plaza de Espana. Ease access to transportation. The hotel has a dining place. On the other hand there not that many restaurants near by.

Nice hotel, extremely poor food.
We were half board and the food was terrible. Limited options but the food tasted warmed up or must have been ready meals, we actually dreaded going and opted to eat out instead. Floor in the room was really dirty, wearing white socks to walk around the room was really unpleasant to see the dirt underneath just moving to the bathroom. Toilet paper not replenished. Coffee machines at breakfast broken every other day, flies on the cakes at breakfast. Rooms were nice, bed quite comfortable and modern decor but I would not recommend having meals at all.

The property and the room were immaculate and the bar staff were fantastic. The only complaint we had was that the toiletries within the bathroom were not topped up every day as as you would expect at a hotel of this standard. Location is great for a short walk into the city centre; overall we were not dissatisfied and would visit again.

Amazing staff at this hotel! A super location and very clean. A short walk to the tram stop. We loved our breakfast in the cafe, the fresh orange juice is a must! The rooms are huge, with a sofa and TV - but we couldn't find a British channel. Modern bathroom with twin sinks, but despite two doors, no privacy! And awful toilet paper!

This hotel is very central in Seville. Walkable to all the tourist sites. Hotel is very helpful in assisting any tours or shows we wanted to see and made the arrangements at no cost. The room was modern, lovely, clean, good size and had many perks that were not expected. The main lobby restaurant and bar is very pretty and the food and service is good. The rooftop bar/restaurant and pool a must on your stay, wonderful views. Breakfast was the best our whole trip, great breakfast. Under ground safe parking available, but car not needed for this location. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you for such a great stay.
