Good value with some drawbacks!
Room was comfortable and mostly clean. There were two stains revealed with a blacklight, though. The AC only heated, but this was not a huge problem since we went during a time when it was cold outside. The water pressure and temperature in the shower also seemed to fluctuate quite a bit. If you are a light sleeper, I can attest to other reviews that there is quite a bit of noise from the road and airplanes flying almost directly overhead. I found the noise to be distracting at some times, but most of my time was spent outside the room. I flew in and called a shuttle, spent about 10 minutes on hold and it took about 30 minutes to arrive. Staff seemed generally uninterested but provided okay customer service. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

It was ok but they really need to fix their breakfast and add more stuff for people who have allergies. I am dairy free and they pretty much had nothing for me. After asking 2 different people for almond milk for my coffee even though they have a coffee bar that provides substitution they still didn’t give me almond milk until their manager came and gave it to me. I was willing to buy coffee from their bar, but they said that their Starbucks coffee bar does not start in 5 PM which seemed weird to me. Items in their breakfast are not great I have seen better in other small hotels. Housekeeping was awesome. Every time we asked them for some thing they always came with it and much more. They asked every time we came out of my room if that we needed anything especially with three kids they were very helpful. The three stars I’m giving is only because of them otherwise this would be a zero star. When I go to a hotel like this, I expect clean rooms, nice housekeeping, and a good breakfast especially when it’s a free breakfast included. I have always seen milk substitutions, and other items for people that have allergies and other restrictions in other hotels. I expected more from Hyatt. This was a fail.

Major parking issues
Overall the stay was fine, rooms were clean and staff was friendly for the most part, though parking was the biggest issue with my stay. Had to pay to park on the property, which I was fine with but for one of the nights of my stay there was concert at the venue nextdoor. I didn't realize the property sold parking spots for the concert attendees and they took up all the available spots on the property. So when I came back later in the evening, I was left without a parking spot on the property. I brought this issue up with the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. So basically paid for parking for one night that I was unable to utilize. I would suggest to anyone considering staying here and not attending an event at the Allstate Arena, to consider another property in the area if there happens to be an event going on during your stay.

We were able to check-in early but had to pay an early fee for what was verbally told to me would be $50 for check-in. That to which I agreed, but after checking my bank statement they had charged me $75. Came into room and can tell room wasn't really well looked through or cleaned. Found bobby pins and hair clips by the TV and coffee pot area. There was no hair conditioner in the bottles that are already in the shower tub. All in all it was just a short stay so that we could get to the airport the next day in the morning and use the airport shuttle which was the plus side of it.

Our stay at your hotel was average. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. There was an odd odor throughout the hotel. The thing that upset me was the night before we requested an airport shuttle for the morning. We requested it for 7:00am. We got down to the lobby at 7:02 and he was gone! come on 2 minutes late. My husband then called an Uber. The front desk called the shuttle back but by that time our Uber had already arrived. The funny thing the shuttle had no one in it! He couldn't have waited for us.
