Just OK
Stayed at hotel for 3 nights. Good location but otherwise lacking. No room service, no coffee maker or working refrigerator, had to call 3 times over 90 minutes to request additional soap and shampoo. OK place to stay but I will definitely not be returning

Overpriced and falling apart
Great location, that’s the only good thing I can say. The room was dirty and very worn. The rooms and hallways were very stuffy and smelled. Paint flaking off the ceilings and trim, wallcovering falling down. Mold in bathroom shower and walls with leaking faucet in tub. Dirt and crumbs left in corners of rooms. Dusty countertops, dust and grime on the window blinds looked like they have never been cleaned. The bed sheets were clean however very uncomfortable and worn down as well. There was no coffee or water provided by hotel to guest. The place wanted to claim to be a 4 star hotel with “charm” but i only saw a building falling apart. Unless they have a full overhaul of the rooms and hallways, I will never recommend this place.

The Whitehall is a conveniently located, clean hotel with the usual facilites. It does not, however have a microwave so you have to eat out. Recommended budget hotel.
