Romantic anniversary
Booked in for our anniversary weekend and had an excellent time. We were initially worried about the pool space being booked out for a private event but the front desk staff quickly explained that it would be back open in a couple of hours. That worked perfectly for us to wander down the road and have a lovely dinner at a nearby restaurant. Upon our return, pool-side service was lovely - we ordered bubbles by the bottle and had our glasses topped off regularly. The pool was nice and warm and the ambiance was perfect for our anniversary. The fire tables gave lovely warmth and just made the experience romantic and cozy. Would absolutely stay again.

Decent enough
Check in was smooth and easy. Staff is friendly and able to address all the questions I had. Location is great with restaurants and shops within reach. Underground parking is complimentary for hotel guests. Bathroom had not been entirely cleaned unfortunately but I was too tired to report which might require wait time for housekeeping or room change. The shower temperature is quite hard to adjust Bottled water in the room isn’t free. Otherwise all good and I think it’s a decent stay.

Overall happy
Belen at the front desk is a darling! Love the option for food and drinks on the premises. Our room was on a very quiet hallway - i think they are renovating some rooms in this hallway but didn’t actually hear any construction noise. Love the pool and bar service. Hotel arts has become one of our favourites to stay.

Hotel Arts
This is a gorgeous hotel with wonderfully attentive and helpful staff! Parking is included, which seems to never happen any longer. Great restaurant and so many places to sit, relax and get a drink or munchies. Wonderful location to access all sorts of restaurants, shops and other sightseeing destinations. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others! It even has little balconies in each of the rooms.
