I arrived to check in and was 1.5 hours early, was told the room was ready however if I wanted to check in at this time I would have to pay $25 for early check in. During the process I was told if I would have booked through their booking agent I would not have had to pay the extra. Got to our room and noticed the coffee maker sitting outside the room on the floor, not sure if it was removed due to booking through Hotels.com or not but we didn’t even have a glass or cup in our room. Got in and it was a room with zero view. Although first appearance was clean the bathroom vent had gobs of dust accumulated and blowing in the wind. At 11:00 pm to 1 or 2 am the noise of the room next door was insane!! Partying and such which I realize was not the hotels fault but honestly the walls must be made out of paper cause you would swear they were sitting right in our room. Called security twice and I believe they came to speak to them but it didn’t improve the noise disturbance. I suppose I should also mention that our breakfast in the L2 Grill was amazing... but the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. This restaurant was MAYBE at 1/4 capacity with 3 servers who seemed oblivious to everything. I had to stand and go to front twice to ask for anything while they kept walking by looking in the air. I have stayed in this hotel for years and I have never had this sort of experience, there was nothing personal or welcoming about any aspect of our stay.

Check in took 4 hours even though our room was ready but for a extra 25 dollars they were willing to let us into our room before 4:00 if we were willing,The 300 dollar per night room had a paneramic view of the wall adjacent to our room,then tried to use the hot tub but it was filthy,so we canceled the next two nights for a cost of 95 dollars and went somewhere else

The gentleman at the front desk was so wonderful! We booked through Expedia and needed a pet friendly room. When we arrived it turned out the pet friendly regular rooms were unavailable, so he upgraded us free of charge. The concierge was also extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

No hot water when I showered. Had a issue with noise in hallway and nobody come up to floor. On a good note daughter forgot stuffed animal and staff found and returned item.
