This is all a lie:
We went to Florida with 3 young children to visit and swim in the pool not algae, what we got at Extend Stay Lake Buena Vista was completely opposite
We booked for 6 nights.
Got there late on the 4th of July and so the kids never got to use the pool.
On the 5th while waiting on the rest of the family to arrive the kids swam, the pool has a greenish tint but I never thought much about it. Visiting with another guest( whose husband worked for the company) she informed me on Friday they (the Hotel ) were trying to get it cleaned, had not been done since the Monday before the 4th. There were NO signs posted anywhere that the pool WAS NOT SAFE.
On Saturday the lady was not at the pool , saw in the lobby and she was going to another hotel , did not say why.
After a while while the kids were swimming my nephew arrived and said" you better get those kids out now or they will be in the hospital , it is full of algae.
The staff kept coming out and taking pictures of the pool and messing with the in the chemical shed, an elderly man was there so I went and asked what was going on, "we are trying to get someone out to clean the pool, I don't know when they will be coming," I then asked him should the kids get out, he stated yes, I also asked why someone had not said something sooner even on Friday, no answer.
We spoke to the desk , of course no Manger, there was never manager even when they gave us a time they were to be there.
