Great Location
Excellent location. Our room was not available yet since we arrived during 11am checkout. Front desk stored our bags while we walked to Disney Springs to window shop and eat lunch. Hotel called us when our room was ready and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a corner room on the 12th Floor with a balcony and Disney Springs view. We were close to I-4 but the balcony doors blocked the traffic noise very well. Reservations for Bus Transportation to the theme parks was very easy and convenient. The room itself could use some updates but overall it served the needs of our family of 4 perfectly. Fridge and microwave were very useful for making breakfast and late evening snacks. Housekeeping serviced our room everyday and provided 2 bottles of water each day of our stay at the hotel. Having Disney Springs just a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel was very convenient as well. This is our new favorite property resort at Disney!

Holiday Inn Check In
Keeping with the check in time of 4pm when I arrived after 4pm, the room was not ready at checkin and was told they would call me within the hour. I know places get busy with guests but if you advise the guest not to arrive until after 4pm you would think housekeeping should have all rooms ready to go at 4pm. They contacted me with in the hour by phone and then got to check in. I had plans to meet people and had to change the meeting time. All in all the rest of the stay was up to par.

Clean; Friendly Staff; Housekeeping Improvement
The hotel was nice; room clean; staff friendly especially the young man who does the daytime parking and valet and the Fro t Desk. The bathroom way too small especially the sink area. The tub drain was not working properly (tub filling up during shower). Housekeeping did not show up at all one day and when we got back to our room at 9 pm I called the front desk to ask for towels and they said they would send someone right up; it was 2 hours before they arrived at 11 pm with a bag of clean towels.
