Fantastic
We had a great stay at Hilton Orlando Disney Springs. Staff was great and accomodating. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub..Very convenient walk to Disney Springs to go out shop and Dine...We got the Junior Suites that sleeps 6 people.. Room was great. We could use a microwave in that room though since their mini kitchen has more space but overall its great. We would definitely comeback for our next vacation..

Making lemonade out of Lemons.
We had an unfortunate mishap with the room that we were booked into - when we finally got to the room at 10:30 at night, it was dirty and still contained many items from the previous occupants. However, the Front Desk staff was amazing and creative problem solvers and ended up being able to place us in another room even though they were overbooked for the night. Theme Park shuttles were also very easy to use, although not frequent enough.

We stayed overnight waiting to catch a flight - the hotel was a good location, walkable to many nice restaurants, Disney Springs and more. The pools were nice and rooms were clean, we would stay again!

Everything about the hotel seemed really nice - until we got to our room. It smelled really musty, and was very out-dated (carpet was almost worn bare in spots). The location was convenient, as well as the amenities, but I was expecting much more for the price.

Location, location!
This property is a great location. Walking distance to Disney Springs. They offer free shuttle service to Disney parks. The property is in big need of updates. The beds were too firm for me. The pool was clean and and good size.
