"Excellent stay! Superb service & food and perfect location with 5 min walk to the Riva center. Free parking and live music in the restaurant several night a week. Thank You, Marcus! Spa is also worth mentioning: excellent saunas & pools. I have been around the World, and will definetly be back to Lido Palace. Highly recommended! "

"A truly beautiful resort, with excellent facilities. The pools are great - plenty of sunbeds, beautiful setting, well serviced (but not heated) - fantastic food and drinks and well equipped, very comfortable rooms.
We have stayed in and out of season and, out of season, the service has been exceptional. During our most recent in season stay, the staff remain friendly but are much less attentive and this can result in very long waits for dinner, drinks etc.

Hotel rooms were to a high standard with very comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. The hotel was clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning had multiple choices and filled us up for the day.

"The hotel was way better than our expectation, polite staff - manager, admin , kitchen staff as well as house keeping , very helpful.Location is excellent, 100 meters to the beautiful beach , easily accessible via foot or bicycle that hotel provided for free!!
Reasonable and nice restaurants around and ferry links close by . Peaceful and not crowded ( we went first week April ) Overall excellent stay and would love to go back there again - big thanks to hotel Ambassador 🙏🙏 "

However it would be useful to have some glasses in the room and may be the possibility to make a tea or a coffee.
Towels to take profit of the piscine would be very useful as well.
Finally a booklet with details on the hotel and on its service, as well as some tourist information about the region would be welcome.
After all no big issues, but it would be helpful to upgrade the service without extraordinary efforts."
