We liked it soooooo much!!! It was so quaint and cozy! The rooms were so spacious and the kitchen was stocked with cooking things we needed for the week. The beach front view was breath taking! Nice pool and jacuzzi. However the jets in the jacuzzi did not work at all the whole time we were there when we pushed the switch. We got over that quick, just being in a majestic place like this and the surroundings. It was also nice to watch the sun set at night. The little store they have really comes in handy when you need something. It was such a nice touch to have the owner want to meet us and give us a background on the history of the place. Very nice and kind man! The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you may want or need. We would definitely come back here again if we get the chance!

The villa beach cottages was a great place to stay,exactly what i envisioned beach front walking out my door onto the beach. Wow and breathtaking views. Small and private Iwill certainly return. Need to improve outdated furntiure and appliances, refresh pictures, add welcome basket for guest, your snack shack should have food they advertise at least let guest know before the order. Hot tub wasn't working. Need complimentary shuttle to market, also staff should be knowledgable everyone said something different I was celebrating my 60th birthday and my girlfriend enlisted their help on decorating while we were out and they did an amazing job

Let me start by saying I work in Hotel Industry so I am keenly aware of standards of service. That said, I am far from a "high maintenance," guest. The Highlights of this property was the Staff, Desk Agents "CanCan, and the other young lady with the Japanese First name (sorry I couldnt remember it) were pleasant and helpful. Shamanda our delightful housekeeper was very friendly and eager to answer and questions we had. The Engineer Ricky was always quick to handle whatever he needed to like when we needed an extension cord to plug in our FIRESTICK. The grounds keepers we also very nice. The "restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch and shuts down at 3pm. Also they rarely had all the items on the menu. The Property itself is in dire need of a refresh. It needs larger TV's (only 19") and smart TV's. We were promised a smart TV during our stay, but it was never installed. Better off not to have offered than promise and then not deliver. Still, we had our firestick so we managed the times we did sit and unwind with some television before bed. This property is a gold mind if it were updated just a bit and did something about the scant dining options on the property. Also the "hot tub" wasn't hot, and the jets didnt work. And the purported cold plunge was just a small pool, not cold at all. Those 2 amenities would have made a world of difference for me as a fitness enthusiast.

The staff was very helpful, very friendly and even brought us a bottle of champagne for one of our birthdays. The villa was a great size for 4 adults, the pools were perfect, the beach was calm, everything was clean and conscientious. The restaurant was minimal but good enough for breakfast. Th staff helped us get a car rental, taxis and information. We will come again.

Could not have had a lovelier stay at Villa Beach Cottages- what a perfect home base for exploring the island! Check in was super quick and easy- i was offered a welcome drink and was in my room within minutes. Speaking of the room (21), my jaw hit the floor when i saw the view. It will literally take your breath away. Bedroom was large and spacious and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, should you wish to cook for yourself, but there are so many dining options in Castries and Rodney Bay! I suggest checking out Flavours of the Grill, Spinnakers, The Coal Pot for dinner, and you MUST visit Pink Plantation for lunch. The onsite restaurant is super convenient for breakfast and lunch. There are two smaller pools which are wonderful for relaxing, and usually very quiet- you'll often have them to yourself. The resort is literally right in the beach, which it shares with Sandals Halcyon Bay right next door. The staff are the best part of this place- they will go out of their way to make recommendations for activities and dining in the area, and will take care of any reservations, including taxis, for you. A couple minor maintenance issues, the worst being the slightly rickety boards on the pool deck which need a bit of attention in places, but honestly don't let that put you off. This place is a hidden gem that is family owned and operated, and they will go out of their way to make your stay magical and memorable.

Great room, everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable bed, gorgeous view. Cute cats on property. Clean and friendly staff. Some things I didn’t like were 1.The restaurant closed at 3pm so had to order dinner early and although they had a store on the grounds there wasn’t a lot to choose from. 3 the stores are walking distance away but the traffic is busy and seemed dangerous to walk anywhere. Taxis were available but not cheap. Still a beautiful property and would revisit.

The staff was phenomenal!! Everyone was really nice and accommodating. We had ants in our room and told staff. They very expeditiously took measures to correct the issue and actually ended up moving us to their deluxe accommodation that was amazing (we did not ask to be moved, they offered). The sunset from top balcony was beyond fantastic!! The pools were small but adequate. Often times we were the only ones on the beach. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with the kindest staff, look no further!! Loved our experience here.
