We stayed at Best Western in Rhodes on our holiday trip in December. Since it’s their down and quiet time of the year- we did not expect too much and that it exactly what we got - not much. Hotel Staff was very friendly, but since it was very little to do on the island that time of the year, it seems that all properties are using this time to make repairs. Best western was doing it as well and it was noisy at times. The heating system can probably use some upgrades as we could not turn the heat off and some hotel quests were smoking in the rooms and we could smell the smoke in our room through the air docks system. Overall, while it was not our worst experience, it was also not our best. On the bright side- hotel is located close to the port and sea.

Great hotel in Rhodes town
Clean, compact but comfortable accommodation. Close to many good restauirants and easy walking into Rhodes Old Town. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Happy Holiday
We (husband and i) got a lastinute holiday during the half term break. Stayed at Best Western Plaza. Throughout our stay we were made very welcome by all the staff. Overall cleanliness was excellent with staff disinfecting sunbeds etc.. as soon as they were vacated. Although the holiday was taken in turbulent times, this did not have a negative impact on our holiday. Will be back next year so a huge thank you to all the staff at Best Western Plaza, Rhodes. PS the location was perfect too!

The air conditioner was not working at all!! We have had this problem a couple of times at this property. Location is great, staff is great and rooms are comfortable other than the air conditioning not working.

Staff went out of the way to be helpful. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Public spaces were cleaned carefully adhering to Covid 19 cleaning instructions.

We’ve had a fabulous service, very clean, friendly, enjoyed the quiet swimming pool and local facilities are brilliant! Breakfast was repetitive but we were informed of this due to Covid 19.
