"Hotel is a 15 minute taxi from airport and we arrived early. Delighted that we were able to access our room immediately and even had a complementary upgrade. We can honestly recommend the swim up rooms, and location right on beachfront was amazing. The mini bar only sticks a small selection of fizzy soft drinks and a couple of bottles of still water. So don’t expect wine or beer! Staff were without fail polite and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so relaxing and lovely. "

"Amazing, lovely staff who were so kind and looked after us all week - we enjoyed lots of the restaurants around the hotel, but the hotel's own bar and restaurant were the best for both dinner and breakfast! Very convenient placement being right next to the beach and a nice resort area outside of hereklion, but hereklion itself felt mildly unsafe and had lots of issues with restaurants in the city centre - could not fault the hotel themselves for anything! Amazing hotel AC and cool pool

"Liked: Lovely, attentive, friendly staff. Room and the rest of the hotel clean. Great selection of breakfast food and snacks, coffee, etc. Restaurant, bar, poolside, gardens, very inviting. Nearby shops, amenities, etc. Didn't like: Lack of dining table in room if we wanted to eat in. Gym room and equipment in disrepair and dirty. First time in Crete. We really liked it, and the staff at Malena contributed to our enjoyment. Would go back to this hotel but, in all honesty, there's so much more...

"Chrissy's Paradise was a wonderful experience. Everyone working there was incredibly nice, especially Georgie, the housekeeper.
