Very happy, everything went well.
The room was comfortable and had everything that was needed for a 4days stay. The hot shower was a bliss! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The free coffee provided was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed iur stay and will recommend it to our friends and family.

super location but too many negatives to outweigh
The check in process was great, the person on reception was really friendly and personable. The shower head attachment in our bathroom did not work which meant you had to hold the shower in order to wash. I asked at reception and was told that maintenance would be up to fix it but they never did during our whole stay. The air con unit doesn't work this time of year so the room was very warm, we were on the 3rd floor so we left our windows open day & night to keep it cooler. The hairdryer cut out after about 2 seconds use then took about 5 minutes to come back to life. We were told this was a safety feature (I think it's just all clogged with dust/crud). The lifts closest to our room were out of operation for 3 days, there was never any note on the lift to say this - it was just pot luck to turn up and see if they were working or not. Frustrating when it's quite a sprawling hotel and in our case a long walk to the lift from our room to find out it's not working and then the same walk again to the opposite end of the hotel to try the other lifts. The hotel is quite run down and doesn't feel like it's being maintained particularly well. The bonus is it's very close to Disneyland Paris - 15/20 min walk and it's also only a few minutes away from Val D'Europe shopping centre. There is also a shuttle bus running to/from the parks.
