" Great little hotel with good spacy rooms, kept clean and tidy. Stunning views from room balcony on mountains panorama. Tasty and fresh breakfast served every morning. Sauna and jacuzzi available to all guests.
Unfortunetly, hotel staff need to learn good manners after making silly and unnecessary comments behind my backs. Reception was unable to solve minor problem breakfast related, even after admitting fault on their side during booking.
Shame other wise that would have been 5 out of...

"Really nice hotel and very good refurbished. It shows the old style and heritage of the past. Calm rooms with nice designs. Super terrace with a great view to the mountains. Breakfast with a big selection. But please: If you write Nutella, use Nutella. Thanks for the nice stay "

Rooms super plain and spartan.
Towels were not change daily, not sure why...
Breakfast was average.
Overall if You want to send a night in this area there are options in Poprad or in Strebske Pleso, there is No real reason to Look eksewhere...
