"Would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice! It is in a perfect location with the bus stop right outside, buses every 15 minutes and only a 10 minute trip in to Venice. It was nice to stay just outside the bustle of Venice in this beautiful spacious hotel.
Everything was fantastic from the check in, when the reception staff went over and above to give us helpful information to get the best out of our stay - bus and travel information, buying tickets, orientation and more!...

"This was the best stay of my 20-day trip through Italy. The hotel is directly in front of a ferry stop, which made things so easy when we first arrived. I was travelling with my mom, and while we managed ok in more distant rentals in Venice, I wish we had stayed here for the entire trip. The room was clean, so comfortable and attractively finished. The staff couldn't have been more wonderful! Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with lots of variety. And, the hotel's boat shuttle to the airport...

The room looked out onto the water and it was breath taking! The room was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful and we just felt like we were staying in luxury. It’s a European hotel so some stuff is old but it is extremely clean and charming. "A very stylish place, great restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. Really loved the vibe, perhaps not for everyones taste as it is rather stark and intimidating. I really appreciated the uniqueness personally and it's nice that there was a gym/pool etc.
Minor downside, no iron or ability to iron which is a frustration for a business traveller staying there only one night.
I'd likely stay again if the occasion arises. "

"Easy checkin at desk. Staff was very welcoming, efficient. Easy to park garage. Very nice indoor pool in basement with hot tubs . We enjoyed swimming. Also had good breakfast buffet. "

"If you have a car, this is a superb choice of hotel to stay and visit places like Venice, Padua, Verona and Even Lake Garda. The address easily comes up on the GPS. And we had no row ken finding the place. It is an excellent comfortable hotel with great service and standards. "

Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space.
Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran.
The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night.
