"Hotel is in a very good location and clean but the staff need training. Very poor management and staff very unprofessional. We had bought lunch from outside and thought we'll take it into the dining room as it was 4pm, which was empty, and they only serve breakfast in the dining room so it wasnt like there where other guests going to come. "We paid for upgraded room, and got an underground basement room without the two double beds and sofa bed, and got two roll up beds and no sofa, so when they brought in the two roll up beds the room became very small and cluttered.
