I honestly can’t thank these guys enough. I showed up at 3am after 24hrs traveling and they did everything to make me comfortable. The facilities are top class. The spa amazing. I wish I could stay even 1 more day. Awesome

The management is horrible. The Manager and the quality control manager can’t keep there word. The hotel had electrical issue for the entire night, no lights, or kept going in an out, had to open the balcony and got bit my bugs. The manager without his name tag I believe it was Junaid stated we can refund you 200 Liras which is equivalent to 12$ for the inconvenience. When the entire stay is well over 300$. Met with the quality control manager; Cemre, who stated will get back to my about reimbursement or what we can do. We informed her we are staying for another night and she insisted she will get back to us before checking out. As you may have guessed it, no contact was made. We were also told or kinda forced to have breakfast to have the meeting, which they would pay for it. Rather the check came in front of Cemre and I paid 900 liras for me and my wife for just 4 pieces of fruit and one waffle to meet with Cemre
