"Great hotel in the heart of the city - near the lake. Room was good standard, good skybar, excellent service, staff are the best (and in Vietnam that means something as most hospitality staff are amazing) - the groundfloor restaurant is good value and looks great but there are also lots of options in the area - from the cheap to the fine (Hanoi Garden our favourite). Thoroughly recommend."
"Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has a beautiful decoration from the entrance to the restaurant. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, even for 1 night.
The room is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location right at center of Old Quarter. Definitely will be back for next time!! "
"The staff Anna and Da were very nice people. The hotel is old and has molds but is being covered with scents that gave me a headache. The room we were given was on second floor though my priorities are always higher floor, thus it was very nice at night and early morning. Our sleep was interrupted. The breakfast was good but same choices everyday."
